What happens if I'm not satisfied with the service?If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of the service received, we promise to correct the situation at no additional cost under the following conditions: 1. The complaint must be filed within the first 24 hours after the service was provided. 2. The area or aspect that was unsatisfactory must be clearly indicated. 3. Our team will coordinate with the client to perform a review or repeat the service in the specific area within the next 7 business days.

What cleaning products do you use?We use high-quality cleaning products that are effective and safe for your home: Eco-Friendly Products: non-toxic and safe for children and pets. Traditional Products: more potent options, but with higher chemical content. If you prefer us to use your own products, please inform us in advance.

How is the cost of the service determined?The pricing is based on several factors: Hourly Rate: charged based on the estimated time to complete the cleaning. Per Area: pricing according to the size of the home or number of rooms. Type of Service: fixed rates for specific services like deep cleaning or move-in/move-out cleaning. We recommend requesting a personalized quote to get an accurate estimate.

Do I need to be present during the cleaning?It's not necessary for you to be present during the cleaning service. However, if you prefer to be at home, you can coordinate with us to schedule the cleaning at a convenient time. If you won't be home, we can arrange access using keys or codes provided by you

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as the time has been reserved specifically for you.
